You can pay by doing Direct Bank transfer after the order is completed. Bank account details will be sent to you via email after the order is placed.

All parcels within Malaysia are shipped with Poslaju but may change without discretion, do let us know if you want to use another courier.

Please ensure that someone is present at the shipping address to receive the parcel and provide a signature. If you did not manage to receive it, you may follow the instructions from Poslaju for rescheduling or self-collection.

Your order is normally dispatched within 2 working days.

After you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us. As soon as we are ready to dispatch your purchase, we will send you the shipping details. If you have chosen Direct Bank transfer method, your order will be dispatched after payment is cleared.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in your email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Once the order is placed, we will keep the order active for 24 hours awaiting for your payment. If no payment is received after 24 hours, the order will automatically cancelled.

If payment is made and you decided to change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible via instagram @journal_bits

We only accept return request when you:

  • Received the different item(s), different size, different colour with your order.
  • Received damaged/ faulty product(s)

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. All damaged or defective items must be returned in its original condition upon delivery, within 7 days of its arrival. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

Please note shipping fee is not refundable.

ONLY damaged or defective items can be returned. Personal dissatisfaction of sizes/ colours or others reason are not acceptable.
